Before you indulge in some holiday sweets, get your holiday dinner or party started with our sausage board. The pickles, sauces, jams, and pretzel sticks are all—you guessed it— made in-house, from scratch.

Includes:

Smoked sausage (1 pound)
Bavarian pretzel sticks ( 4 each)
Beer cheese (8 oz)
Pickles (1 pint)
IPA mustard (4 oz)
Jalapeno jam (4 oz)

Made with locally raised pork, organic locally grown vegetables, organic flour + sugar, cheese from pasture raised grass fed cows.

Reheating instructions:

Preheat convection oven to 400 degrees OR preheat non-convection oven to 450 degrees

  1. Place your sausage and pretzels on the same sheet pan (baking tray or cookie sheet).

  2. Heat for 5-7 minutes until pretzels feel toasty and hot. 

  3. For the beer cheese, you can enjoy at room temperature or gently warm in a saucepan. 

  4. When assembling your board or platter, slice your pretzels first allowing time for your sausage to rest so you don’t lose all that flavorful juice. 

  5. Serve with pickles, IPA mustard, and jalapeño jam and enjoy!
